1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and lv777 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the lv777 website, its games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and all other features accessible through the lv777 domain. Deposits are credited to your lv777 account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. Standard confirmation times vary by payment method. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed within the timeframes stated in the Payments section of the platform. The following payment-related terms apply to all accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

lv777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances if the breach is confirmed:

• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament on lv777.
• Registering under a false identity, providing fraudulent KYC documentation, or misrepresenting your age to circumvent the 21+ requirement.
• Using stolen payment credentials, conducting fraudulent chargebacks, or depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit that would not have been obtainable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward lv777 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

Where lv777 has reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to freeze account access, withhold pending withdrawals, and retain funds pending the outcome of its investigation. lv777 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

lv777 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration and throughout the lifecycle of their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the lv777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 11. Amendments to These Terms
